Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a great team located in central Montana. Build your primary care practice in this family-friendly community where your patients are your friends and neighbors. Provide comprehensive primary care—including shared call for emergency and hospital coverage—at this excellent Critical Access Hospital in Harlowton.
- You will be supported by the largest and most comprehensive independent health system in Montana.
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine (no OB)
- Work together with specialists at our regional multi-specialty clinics (80+ specialties)
- Prefer 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine with ER experience
- On-site outreach specialty clinics
- Integrated regional EHR
- E-Avera: 24-hour access in the ED to telemedicine support from board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians
- Telemedicine and virtual visits available
- Regional tertiary center in Billings is a Level II Trauma Center
- MedFlight aeromedical transport includes rotor wing and fixed wing (based in Billings and Bozeman)
- Employed by Billings Clinic, located at Vista Plains Health, an affiliate of Billings Clinic
Full Time Radiology Tech
There is a full-time position open for a Registered Rad Tech with experience in CT. Will perform medical imaging in a Critical Access Hospital under the direction of a physician and other clinicians.
Shift Details
- Work 8 days on and 6 days off
- Offering either 10 or 12-hour shifts
- Will be considered a .8 or .9 FTE
- Will rotate in the call schedule with three other techs
- Housing is provided when on call, if needed
- Up to $20,000 sign-on with a 3-year commitment
Per Diem Radiology Tech
There is a per-diem position open for Radiology Tech. Responsible for performing various radiographic imaging studies ordered by a provider, including CT and portable radiography in the trauma setting for a critical access hospital. Great weekend rate with housing available.
Physical Therapist
There is a full-time and per diem position open for a Physical Therapist. Responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients. Ability to professionally collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and other team members. Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must. Experience in hospital, outpatient clinic or long-term care settings preferred. Up to $30,000 sign-on for a full-time position with a 3-year commitment.
RN – Swing Intermediate Supervisor
There is a full-time position open for a Swing Intermediate Supervisor. Under the direction of the DON, primary functions are to supervise, instruct and guide nursing personnel. Responsible for development and maintenance of Interdisciplinary Care Plans and Care Plan Conferences. Experience in long-term care preferred. May occasionally float into ED, OP, Acute, or Skilled Units.
Occupational Therapist
There is a full-time position open for an Occupational Therapist. Responsible for providing direct patient care, evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance and to live more independently.
RN – Charge Nurse
There are full and part-time positions open for a Registered Nurse. Responsible for directing and evaluating the total nursing care for a critical access hospital including the ER. Up to $30,000 sign-on for a full-time position with a 3-year commitment.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
There is a full-time position open for an LPN. Responsible for providing basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs). Assist with patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health. Must be able to independently problem solve and utilize resources to obtain patient information when the patient is unable to communicate, maintain confidentiality of patient information, and coordinate and participate in a variety of patient care activities. Up to $15,000 sign-on for a full-time position with a 3-year commitment.
CNA
There are full, per diem, and one part-time position open for a CNA. Various shifts are available. Responsible for the basic care and carrying out orders for patients and residents. Up to $2,500 sign-on for full time with a year commitment.
